AlumnForce announces a major step in its development with the acquisition of a stake in BeHave, a start-up specialising in career guidance and management.
Thanks to a €300,000 fund-raising round, carried out in collaboration with AlumnForce and other investors, BeHave is accelerating its roll-out and plans to integrate artificial intelligence technologies to offer young people individualised career paths.
BeHave and the Before programme: a response to the challenges of professional integration
Founded by Jean-Baptiste Morin, BeHave has rapidly established itself as a key player in the evangelisation of networking among students and young professionals. This initiative enables them to benefit from professional opportunities that are often inaccessible through traditional channels, thanks to a network activated very early on in their career.
Since its launch, BeHave has attracted more than 2,000 students from a dozen universities and engineering schools. It aims to make the hidden job market accessible through its Before programme. This unique programme helps young people to develop their professional network and connect with opportunities that are often inaccessible through traditional channels.
Jean-Baptiste Morin, founder of BeHave, explains that the Before programme has become a lever for growth. It provides tangible help to young people to sharpen their professional awareness. The model is based on the equation Be + Have = BeHave, which aims to align personality and skills with mature professional attitudes.
Frédéric Blanc, founder of AlumnForce, comments: “By raising €300,000 to accelerate its roll-out, BeHave has demonstrated its potential and its ability to have a positive impact on career paths, particularly among students and alumni“.
A natural synergy with AlumnForce
AlumnForce’s acquisition of a stake in BeHave was a natural step. AlumnForce, with more than 350 networks managed in 15 countries, aims to facilitate the professional integration of young graduates. By integrating the behavioural technologies developed by BeHave, AlumnForce is going one step further in personalising the services available on alumni platforms.
“We are delighted and proud to have acquired a stake in BeHave Orientation & Careers. It is an innovative company specialising in learning how to network, sharing our vision of the importance of solid professional networks for success in a constantly changing world“. Artificial intelligence for guidance
BeHave’s ambition is to introduce AI to make orientation even more precise. This new approach will be integrated into solutions such as Beyond. Beyond is a tool that uses conversational agents to identify the careers best suited to students’ skills and aspirations. This round of funding will also enable BeHave to expand its Between programme. The aim of this programme is to help companies develop their employer brand through targeted initiatives aimed at students.
This collaboration marks a turning point for AlumnForce. We are strengthening our commitment to supporting our users at every stage of their career path. We are integrating cutting-edge innovations such as AI to maximise the impact of alumni networks.
Frédéric concludes: “We will keep you informed of the next steps in this partnership and the initiatives that will result from it, particularly with the integration of the AlumnForce solution“.
