Presentation of the Université Côte d'Azur and Link

The Université Côte d'Azur (UCA) was created in January 2020 as an experimental university. Structured into innovative internal components with increased responsibilities for greater agility, its strong roots in the Côte d'Azur region make it one of the driving forces behind its growth model. It brings together 18 academic players for 30,000 students each year.

Linkis the University's professional network. It currently has more than 209,000 members and brings them together on its platform, which offers a Career Center with CV library, job board, content and career advice, dematerialisation of internship agreements...

 

Career and Corporate Relations issues at the University

UCA has strong career stakes, particularly because of its anchorage in the economic basin of the Nice region. With its 30,000 students each year, it represents a real pool of candidates for companies in the region and even in France. Link's mission is therefore to mobilise and engage this community to the maximum in order to make it active in its career centre, and thus offer qualified profiles to the companies present.

Through the testimonies of companies during the AlumnForce meetings, Thierry has noticed that large groups are reinvesting in educational institutions. His objective: to build a win/win partnership with these companies.

To do so, thanks to the AlumnForce platform, he can manage both the animation of his community and his Corporate Relations. In particular, he/she carries out actions to :

  • Engage students and alumni on the career space
  • Create a real sourcing tool for its corporate partners
  • Build loyalty with companies and create links with recruiters

 

Thanks to the platform, Thierry is also in full control of his data. This gives him more freedom to manage and develop his business through statistics. He has also created a real career development tool for the members of the University, helping them in their orientation and career choices.
